Very unlikely unless we have a very, very mild winter and you have wrapped it in bubble wrap and hay or taken other protective measures. They don't like cold, wet feet. I've grown a number of varieties of tropical hibiscuses (or is that hibisci), as many as 80 pots and now about 30 pots over the last 15 years. They don't like cold. That is what makes them "tropicals".
