Talked to Jan tonight. Her mother seems to be doing OK physically from what the physical therapist had to say. The concern is the mental state due to the blood clot cauing a "starburst" of 5 strokes.

I told Jan how everyone was asking about her and her mother at the swap and she was very pleased. Anything to bring her to smile at this time is needed. She's still spending a lot of time at the hospital so please no emails as she probably won't be able to answer them.
