“I am very happy with the new patio. We contacted a few other contractors to compare prices and Josh's price was significantly lower than another bid. The rest of the people we contacted never even called back. That was never an issue with Josh - he replied to every email and text almost immediately and kept us updated every step of the way and answered all questions and was professional at all times. The project was finished on time. He even used some extra material to build a small retaining wall at no extra cost - a good example of his stellar customer service! “I have recently moved to Worcester, and had been struggling to find a landscaper who could help with my ideas for my new house. I called several people who did not return the call or did not show up, so I joined Angie's List. Enter Ideal Landscaping. Chris returned my call immediately and showed up on time to look over the project. I had quite a laundry list of things to be done, including stump and tree removal, flower bed prep in two areas, under deck excavation with weed block and stone installed, and a light post installed with a conduit line for my electrician. He listened carefully to what I needed, made suggestions and within a few days came back with an itemized proposal that included everything I needed done. The day the work was to begin he and his crew arrived on time with all the necessary equipment, and after introductions they got right to work. And what impressive work it was. Perfectly defined flowerbeds ready for spring bulbs and future plants, and the area under the deck is now beautifully graded and covered with good looking brown stone. He even reminded me to print out my coupon from Angie's list for a pretty decent discount - something I was unaware of. I consider this to be pretty impressive honesty. We had some issue with the electrician we hired to run the conduit after Chris and his team did the work, ( miscommunication where the electrician did not want to do any digging...) Chris came BACK, opened the trench back up and adjusted the conduit so the electrician did not have to dig anything at all. After the electrician was finished his team then returned right away to cover the trench back over. Totally above and beyond what he had to do. While he was there he took more time out of his day to bounce around some ideas for spring plantings with me. My garden needs a lot of work, so I feel lucky to have found such a true professional ....I am looking forward to spring!”

“They showed up on time & in full force to asphalt our driveway. The foreman said he'd treat it as it was his own house & he did. They did all the right things, they dug out the old driveway, removed giant rocks, curved &!sloped properly so any water would move away from the house. Nicely done! I will definitely recommend them.”

“Carl and Guarco Construction Driveway Paving from Granby just removed and repaved our driveway and I cannot say enough about Carl, and Guarco Construction. The price, the communication, work ethic, professionalism and honesty was excellent. We are so pleased with the work. The driveway had drainage issues and it was not recognized by two other contractors that came out, Carl picked up on it right away, addressed it, and installed the new driveway taking this all into consideration and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Great work crew as well, all very experienced. Great job!”
