any type of zinnia. i love the smaller ones and they bloom in 30-45 days.

Thank you caroleena.I love zinnias to,my favorites are the cactus flowered varieties . The only seed I could find this spring was the Liliputts (they are still blooming). I planted a cut flower mix around a bunch of Multi flowered sunflowers and as always a thunder storm blew down the large sunflowers and they made a mess out of the plants around them.I know I should have staked them but just kept putting it off.Maybe next year.

gruber, you'll have to go to the seed catalogs or do some on-line shopping to find a good selection of seeds. But that's for the Spring. You'll be hard pressed to find seeds at this time of year.

gruber, i live a block from the dollar general which is so handy for bread & milk. i was in there yesterday and they had their seeds 75% off. you might can pick up some there. i have a gazillion mixed zinnia seed i harvested this year so if you need some lmk.
