Don't forget about the Perseid Meteor showers, going on right for the next few nights in a garden near you! If you have never observed this annual event, you're missing out on something very cool. If you like this kind of thing, it is totally worth getting up for!

Spread a blanket out on the lawn, or move your lawn chaise to the darkest spot in your garden. Once you begin seeing the meteors, you'll become enchanted.....and you'll get a 'crick' in your neck unless you can get comfortable!
