I'm not very familiar with the nurseries in the Montgomery area, but I've never heard any mention of one that offers lots of cold hardy palms. As you probably know, in the older neighborhoods close to downtown Montgomery there are many beautiful gardens with palms, so surely someone down there sells a few. If you could drive a few more miles up to Tuscaloosa I would highly recommend Barton's nursery, as they have by far the best selection of anyone close to Birmingham. I haven't been down there yet this year, but normally in the fall they have their palms marked down to 50% off so you can get some really great deals. If you consider making the drive, I would definitely call first to check their current stock. If you do, ask for Debbie Laycock...she's the manager.
