My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Greetings Claire

    This is a floating floor system from IKEA called "Markland Flooring" $2.49/SF. (CAD) Unfortunately, the 'anthracite' colour (shown here) is now discontinued, but is still available in 'white'. Each laminate panel is a approx. 12" x 48"

    I would recommend protecting the flooring with a rug at entry locations. The high-gloss finish does show dust and foot marks but is super easy to clean. ~ thirdstone inc. [^]
