I live in US z. 4 (southern Ontario) and I certainly couldn't plant anything here, as we have a couple of feet of snow. I don't know if you meant to plant it indoors in a pot. In this area Globemaster is sold with the fall bulbs such as tulips, narcissus, etc. and is planted then (in September-October). Mail-order catalogues that sell bulbs usually have Globemaster as well. I'm not sure if you'll be able to buy it now though. You may have to wait until the fall bulbs are advertised.
