first time growing shallots and I understood I was to dig them when leaves dry up. Today I dug from 3 different areas and all I found was clusters of small shallots, none big enough to use. Just big enough to replant. My question is do I replant these right now or store them and if so how do I store them and when do I replant. I have shallots growing in 2 other locations and they have not started to dy back yet, maybe I will get a usable blub from them.
