So yesterday was a nice day in Ontario (12 degrees Celsius) and I decided to vent my winter sowing containers - I use cups in a clear Rubbermaid container. Now, like an idiot, I forgot to close the containers... so they were exposed to the frost overnight!

My question is, what is the likelihood that my seedlings are goners? The only thing that sprouted thus far was the arugula; I could see some roots growing from seeds in other cups. I'm hoping the seeds are hardy as this point (before they start growing upwards) and that the roots aren't going to be damaged... any advice would be appreciated.
