Im new to the site and gardening so I appoligize if my question is a bit confusing. I want to try growing garlic from cloves in containers. Ive already planted a few cloves and have yet to see any progress. I think my first error was pealing all the skin off the cloves I just found out recently that skin should be left on to avoid rotting : ( My second error is that I should have waited till they sprouted before planting. Is it ok to leave my pealed unsprouted garlic cloves in there container and hope for the best or should i start over completely?
