My garlic was ready for harvest on Friday but I didn't have time to harvest until monday. During the weekend I got more rain than I've had all season! And it is still raining today. I've heard that you should not water garlic within a week of harvest. I'm not sure why but should I wait a couple days and let it dry out? I've also read there is a 7 day window to harvest; this window is almost over!
