i do not know of a good way to save them for that long. the ones i had left over from planting were pretty much dried out by the following year. they were just stored in a box at room temperature. it would be a far better thing to just mail them some topsets in one of those small boxes available from the post office. only potential issue would be if your relatives are outside the country. some countries are pretty strict on what comes in. is mailing an option?
