planting garlic where moveable coop was?

Hi, We have a chicken/duck run that we move in our yard.

We wanted to put the run in the garden, but will be planting garlic in the only spot the run will fit. My question is will the manure be to hot to plant the garlic in Oct. If we put the run there from now till mid Oct?

We plant our garlic the week after the full moon!!!

I say yes, DH says no!!
