Probably too big to be a porcelain, but beyond that there is really no saying not from just this picture. You pretty much have to grow them out to be more specific.

I guess it could be a Purple Stripe or from Rocambole, such as German Red....

If they did not have the relatively weird Asiatic flower scape, you can probably also eliminate that class. Likewise if the flower scape had a double or more curl before straightening out it was likely a rocambole.

Just guesses and there is no way to tell for sure just from the pictures. And no way at all to identify the cultivar. The bulbils all tend to look alike, and many of the bulb do also. Just from the pictures you might even have a mixture...

If you like this strain, it really doesn't make all that much difference what the official name is. Just keep growing it. Nice thing about garlic it adapts to you generally anyway within some pretty broad limits.
