You are right - Milo from Macy's. I just got this delivered today in "granite" - which actually looks like eggplant for some reason. I love it. the back cushions are not attached. Each section has a single seat cushion. It is a fairly firm cushion which I like - just don't expect to sink into your seat. it's regular ~$2000 but goes on sale frequently for as low as $1299. I don't usually pay for extended warranties but I bought the 7 year warranty for $160 - which covers everything including spills. Obviously I need to paint and decorate the space to better suit the sofa - which is why I'm here!
