I can send you some taro roots. I just harvested a few over the weekend, and have plenty of babies. Please email to let me know

Are these hard to grow? My mother loves them. How do they come? How are they grown? Similar to a potato? Carrots? What is their growing season? We are in Ohio and I would like to give this a try. How can I get some of these?

wd8lee, I bought couple taro roots from an Asian market and let them sit for few days in my pantry. When I saw green leaves sproutet, I planted them on the ground, now they already have small leaves. The leaves look like elephant ears.

Further detail about taro, do search on Google.

Have fun and Happy growing.
