when can i expect reblooming??

Saved about 10 high quality bulbs from 2007, saved until leaves died back, stored in basement over summer, repotted

in Dec, now Feb 2008 I have some that look like there

is still some life to them. Getting plenty of sun, some

bulbs now have shoots with 2-3 large long healthy looking

leaves, water as needed, keep mostly dry, good soil /drainage. None have a flowering stalk yet. Based

on my description of what has occured about when would

I possibly see a stalk emerge and get reblooming? Late

Spring? Also I havenet used any any liquid fertilizer

but my orginial repotting soil I think I mixed vermiculite

with Miracle Grow with Fert, or Schultz with Fert when

repotted. Is this form of time released fert sufficient

or should I start to use a dilute Liquid Fertilizer as

others in forum seem to do. This is my first attempt

at reblooming, so I'm a little anxious and I don't want

to make any mistakes since I've come this far. Please

advise.
