sunflowers

I have been wsing a lot of sunflowers (for the sunflower house). I have more than enough mamoth sunflowers(2 extra containers!), still need a couple shorter ones. Anyways...I was walking around the yard, making sure everything is picked up before the storm hits and was looking at one of my new beds. I made via the instant bed method. I've been watching it for weeks and haven't seen a single weed grow, which kinda had me worried since I threw a couple bags of topsoil on top. So I'm staring at it intensly when I noticed a few green spots. I dug back the mulch, and what did I find?? SUNFLOWERS!!! My son got a bird feeder a little while ago, and he left the bird seed bag on the porch (where the bed is in front) and evidently some spilled out. After all this work trying to grow sunflowers, I have them where I don't want them.

Now I'm thinking maybe instead of just pulling them out, I should trasfer them to the sunflower house. They're the little solid black sunflower seeds that's quite typical of bird feed. I can only assume they will grow short sunflowers, right? Oh yeah, the bag itself is full of sprouts too!
