My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

canning bitter melon

Hi:

Would appreciate any info about how to can bitter melon for use during off season and winter enjoyment. I use the hot bath method for canning fruit very successfully and am wondering if that method can apply to canning bitter melon; which I have just discovered and like very much.
