I've got to figure out how to post pictures to this site rather than link to facebook. Grrr!

Posting pics here can be a challenge, but once you do it once, you'll always know how to do it again. Remember, you can always upload pics to an online photo album and just post a link to the photo album in the little "optional link URL" text box below where we type replies.

In any case, here's the code I use to post pics, and there are two things to note, first, you need to replace the ( with a . Second, the part in the middle, from the first " through the final " is the link to the actual photo. For me, that means I go to my picasaweb, click on the photo to view the full size, then I right-click on it to view "properties" and then copy/paste the actual link address into the middle.

It sounds more odious than it is.

So first off, here is the whole thing with the ( instead of the .

Grant, so I can't just send pictures from I-photo to this site? I need to use an online photo album?

I believe so, azpedsrn. I just upload pics to picasaweb and then do the right-click to get the "http address" from the individual pics. I don't think we can do actual "attachments" etc.

Picasaweb is a great one to use, but I also use Shutterfly for pictures I plan on printing too.

I went to the OWCF a couple of weeks ago and had a blast. You can walk all over the property and check out the growing areas. There are tens of thousands of golden barrels all in a big long row, trees, succulents, etc. Good prices too. Most decent sized cactus are about 25-35 bucks a piece. They have a bunch of tables of smaller cactus, aloes, agaves etc for 8 a piece. I picked up an Argentine Giant, a red barrel, some crazy aloe (it is baby blue with pink edges, I have no idea what it is) and a couple of agave. Great place.
