Moso does not like spring droughts, so this shooting season has been a bit sparse with smaller than usual size shoots. This is also the off-shooting year for this alternate year "bearing" bamboo.

I'm pretty impressed! Some of the culms have a nice henon-like color.

Very Nice, Mike!! Mine is also in it's off-shooting year, although mine is nowhere near the size of those.

Getting the chair was easy, but finding a miniaturized English ivy and Trachycarpus fortunei to go with it was a real pain. LOL
