Killing my bamboo

20 years ago

I thought it was spider mites, but someone said spidermites don't kill the culms, but mine are dying. I've googled to try and find out what disease this is, but no luck. This is the best pictures I could get, but it has what looks to be tiny brown bugs, and has white webbing that has eggs behind it. Any ideas? Thanks!
