Last winter's polar vortex not only delayed spring about 2 to 3 weeks, it also seems to have caused an unusual amount of fall bloom in our spring blooming plants. We have flowers opening on plants that have never done this before and the ones that did this before are showing more color. Unfortunately, many of the fall blooms are only partial or less than perfect.
