in my search. I am potting up the dormant banana plants now and putting them under lights to get a good start on them, but I am not sure when to start feeding them.

I actually have 2 "sets" of plants... the ones I stuck in my plant room still in their pots, (no heat just a regular light bulb and only watered once)and those that I overwintered in the kennel (about 55 degrees). I have to say that out of 3 that were in the kennel, 2 made it only one died of stem rot,do I need to cut those 2 right down to thecorm almost? The pseudostem is a bit "squishy" but the corms are firm. The ones that overwintered in the house are fine and still growing.. although slowly. Thanks!!
