It does look under watered. The dry leaves are starting to curl and the greens are fringed with yellow. The shade of yellow of the leaves is a bit darker than what I'm used to seeing in dry bamboo though.

Could be underwatering or could be wind burn. It's hard to overwater bamboo, so why don;t you give it more? Also, invest in a $10 moisture meter.
