Hello everyone,

Been a member for a while and I'm only at the fig forum.

This is my first time on the Banana forum ever and I have a question, Just recieved A Mahoi Banana and it's my first Banana trees ever and I'm excited.

My question, Is it safe to trim off a couple of the leaves? They are damaged and frayed. The tree is about four feet tall and I placed it in a 5gl pot.

I know in time I will learn more by doing a little research but in the mean time I can use a little help.
