I'd like to find out what cause some of my bananas to have yellowish green leaves while the others have darker green leaves. My California Gold, for example, is unrolling a new leaf that is bicolor--white and very faint yellowish green. I have recently fed these plants with fish emulsion and really have no idea what could have gone wrong. As far as watering is concerned, I have a drip irrigation for all of them and when the weather gets too hot and dry, I'll water them with an open hose. Would appreciate if any of you has the answer to this problem, or is there any cause for alarm? Thanks for your input.
