My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I was looking for a long time for one of these (as I know others have too) when I found an ebay posting. I don't like to buy plants off of ebay much, but was really the only way to get one of these. The plant was small, but impeccably shipped, lots of roots, and has taken off fine. The person now has 3 more for sale. I thought I would share the news:
