Dear Arif,
The soft color of that bloom is very nice. I had to look again to check for the 6th petal since the ones with a stripe stand out. It looks tropical!

My bloom season is also over. I hope I find more scapes, but am doubtful since it's starting to feel like summer.

PS...I forgot that I had purchased a couple of new bulbs at the Hosuton Amaryllis Society's sale. H. Spotlight and H. Brassa are about to open.

Waiting to see their bloom

Here they are Arif. I brought them inside because they were out front and I'm having someone edge the yard today and I don't want them to disappear.

This photo was taken with a flash. The front yard is still in shawdows when I leave for work. H. Brassa (L) and H. Spotlight (R).

Donna had sent me some H. Santiago pollen, so I will need to play "bee". All 6 of the H. Spotlight blooms will be open at once later today. The first bloom opened just yesterday morning.
