pic 1 cucumber beetles
pic 2 squash bug eggs/green aphids
pic 3 black aphids
and maybe some white fly
Wow you do have some bugs.

1) look under all the leaves and squish those eggs or you will have more squash bugs

2) mix 2tbl spoons reg. liquid dish soap in a 1gl sprayer of water. If you don't own a sprayer buy one $10 -$15 Walmart. They can be used for a multitude of things weeds, trees etc.

3) NOT in the Hot Sun --spray the leaves all over, get the under side as well. Do a really good job

4) you will need to repeat in about 4-5 days and then again.
Keep an eye on them so it doesn't get out of hand.

pic 1 looks like beneficial lady beetle larvae. They eat aphids, also in pic 1 upper left.

I agree #1 looks like lady bug larvae (in deep shadow) to me and it is about the right temp for them to be hatching back out.

I agree about #1, I thought it was a ladybug larvae too. Campv has such great like with melons etc I'd definitely follow their advice. Let us know what you do and how it works out. Happy gardening!

Err, I think #1 was a ladybug larvae...cucumber beetle larvae look more like maggots.

Pic 3 could be caterpillar poop or lacebugs - a magnifying glass will help ID. Just remember if you use a soapy water spray you'll kill the ladybug larvae.

I am sorry everyone, I want lady bugs in my garden as well and killing lady bug eggs is not good but with all the other things this person has on their plants if they don't get rid of the other bugs they might as well pull the plants. Time those eggs hatch and the ladies get busy, those plants will be dead.
