That's a Bumble with it's tongue out getting the nectar.

I thought it was a humming bird moth. Glad you got here before I did. My other guess would have been : OR WHAT"

It sure does looks a bit like a humming bird moth, here is a picture of a honey bee and bumble licking off some honey left
over after extraction.
