Get ready to be busy this winter and to have a garden overflowing with plants for merely a song and a dance (and maybe a stamp or two once you start trading)! Welcome!

Hi, Pearl! Welcome to the asylum. Winter sowing is wonderful and you will love it. If you'd like a grab bag of seeds, send me an email and they'll be yours.

speak for yourself, Carrie. LOL!!! I can ALWAYS wait for winter...I just have something to bide my time now, and it goes SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much faster!!! I even like the sense of "wait! I'm not done yet!" when February/March rolls around and I'm still trading seeds. HA!

Welcome, Pearl! Oh, and be prepared for weird looks from your neighbors & family. I'll show you which tongue-out-eyes-crossed facial expression works best with the "I told you so!" to ward them off come spring when your gardens are lush and BEEE-YOO-TIFUL!!!

Keep your eyes peeled for newbie seed pack offerings in a month or so. Seeds can be yours for SASBE.

Hi Pearl and welcome to the ws forum! We are a gabby lot! If you need help with anything, there is always someone around to give you pointers. Many of us are in zone 5 and can help you with zonal type questions. Don't be afraid to ask!
