my neighbors have a pick-our-own blueberry patch, they have scores of tall, high-bush blueberries, some of them are 7' tall. There is a bee hive at the patch but I've never seen a honeybee on the blueberry flowers.
OTOH the low-bush blueberries which grow by the acres in some areas are often covered with honeybees, they are seldom more than knee high. Does anyone know if honeybees will come to the flowers of high-bush blueberries?
