Anyone have any experience with this stuff in phx? It seems to want to mold and ferment easily. It keeps the moisture in, but it seems a bit too dense and gets soggy and messy and doesn't breathe. I may have put it on too thick but don't really think that should matter. Our hard water has caused the rich brown color to diminish as well.
