Guided Birdwalks

At 8:30 a.m. on alternate Saturdays and Sundays from Sept. 25 through Nov. 19

During September, October and November visitors can learn basic bird identification skills or sharpen existing talents such as birding-by-ear during our weekend birdwalks with avian experts. The series continues with Richard Ditch and Tracy McCarthey Sept. 25, Cindy Marple & Marceline Vandewater Oct. 1, Melody Kehl along with Pete Moulton & Cynthia Donald Oct. 9, Richard Ditch Oct. 15 and then Tracy McCarthey and Troy Corman leading the Oct. 23 walk. November birdwalks are with Cindy Marple and Kathe Anderson Nov. 5, Melody Kehl and Marceline Vandewater Nov. 13 and Kurt Radamaker with Troy Corman Nov. 19.
