My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Styling for Entertaining by Susie Coelho

Wow! I'm not sure this forum gets as much traffic as it used to, but here goes.

I have this nice hardback book for trade. The author is Susie Coelho, the host of Outer Spaces on HGTV. The book is in good used condition, 192 pages, with lots of pictures. It has recipes and styling instructions. Chapters on how to decorate your yard for a tea party or a wedding. Also how to decorate your house for Christmas or other holidays, with recipes.

I would like to trade the book for a plant. I like daylilies, hostas, phlox, irises, or something I would really, really like is some brug cuttings. Or make an offer.
