If I take a fruiting branch from a fig, apple, citrus tree and root it will I get fruit faster than if I take a new growth branch which has not born fruit yet. I would not take a branch which actually has fruit growing but one that has flowered and I remove the flower b/f fruit has formed. Thanks.
