Solicitation of inappropriate businesses on our forum are reportable to the webmaster. With a simple request, anyone can you contact the webmaster with details and ask them to remove the message. There were several ads for IT services on our forum, which had nothing to do with amaryllis, plants, butterflies, bees or anything remotely related to any of our discussions. It's a blatant abuse of the forum and no one on the site should tolerate it.

Everybody who comes across questionable input into this and into other Forums, should carefully avoid opening any links in them. You are almost literally "feeding" them: By "Dollares for clickos"! Not only that, you could infect your computer from "MalWare"

Again, if any post looks suspicious or has nothing to do with amaryllis, the Garden webmasters will investigate and remove it. The contact link is at the bottom of every page on the forum. This particular post had to do with IT services. We've also had posts about beauty products, investments, etc.

Spam is just a nuisance.

Not only is it annoying, but Hans is very correct... quite a bit of it is, or could be infected, either with viruses, malware, you name it... and if your equipment isn't properly protected... and updated and maintained... clicking on any of it could end very badly, or be costly to have removed or fixed.

It takes only seconds to report spam... I've done so often in the past, when I see it.
