Beautiful flower! Have you made any crosses with the pollen - and if so which ones were successful.

In case I manage to get one of these bulbs in the future, what advice do you have for growing this species?

I would love to trade but it seems our haves and our wants are the same!

No specific recommendations, it's actually a very strong grower and healthy so just the usual cultivation will suffice. I may have a small offset of this later on to trade as well.

I have not made any crosses due to the fact that it has not flowered together with any of my other amaryllis.

FREEZE YOUR POLLEN!!

I do it, as well as many others on the forum and it works!!
I recently had some frozen Autumn Pink Lady as well as Party Pooper pollens and I got viable seeds by putting both of these frozen pollens on a late summer bloom of Limona! They had been frozen for several months. One of the crosses has already started to germinate!
Don't thaw it all, just scoop out what you think you might need when the time is right and put the unused portion back in your freezer!! I don't think I would refreeze what you didn't use though. Just make sure it is defrosted before you use it; you can put it in the refrigerator until your flowers are ready.
Especially something as rare as h. machupijchense (phew, that's a name for you!!)

I forgot to mention what a beautiful flower your h. machupijchense is!! I had the feeling that I had seen something very much like it recently and I had! Komoriya was offering Komos Deja Vous (picture below) and I bought one! I wonder if Komoriya uses this species in their breeding program?

Also, did you try to self it? Seeds would be greatly coveted by many on the forum, myself included!
