there really isn't alot out there....
Is Lagocheirus undatus (plumeria borer) a syn. or different species? Extension sites in Hawaii list this instead. May be a recent taxonomic change? You might want to try searching for the the biology of Lagocheirus-might be the ssame or at least very similar for all taxa.
