that is one of the Viburnum species. Viburnum lentago I think commonly called nannyberry. It is native to Ohio.

They look to me like they could be black currants.
They make great jelly! Hope you find out for sure.

I was incorrect. It is Viburnum dentatum Arrow wood viburnum. According to the link the berries are possibly toxic or at least inedible so please don't try to make jelly. Sort of funny too the picture on the link looks amazingly like your picture except it's a bit further away!
