call 911 help! $20 beg on it's way out!

SORRY i don't have a pic ...no camera...had it about a week...seemed to stay awfully damp for a long time being a hanging basket...anyway leaves are getting large light tan colored blotches..looking dry blooms are almost gone...help ...should i try to get some cuttings or what ?
