My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WANTED: want to start a brugs garden

I would like to start a brugmansia garden. Fell in love with it while watching the Victory Garden on PBS. Love that show. Jamie Durie was at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles and the Angel Trumpets there literally took my breath away.
