Looks good colour leves but yes those leaves look like they need a bit more light.I have mine under a large tree (potted) outside in part sun from the afternoon and it seems to get the leaves to get that added droop. What size pot is it in? I have mine in a perlite, GROWING MEDIA SPHAGNUM PEAT, and good orchid potting mix.They seem too go well in this as I've grown seeds for last 3 years but still a way to go for flowering.
