My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It blooms!

I noticed the bud a couple weeks ago. It opened last night. The fragrance isn't quite as strong as it was in the yard this summer. This flower developed fully inside and has never seen the light of day. It's a lot smaller and less colorful too.

Brenda's seedlings are coming up nicely. I can't wait!
