My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Springhill suprise!

I was in Tipp City this week for a meeting of our women's book club and lo and behold, my friends' house was 2 blocks from Springhill! WOW! There wasn't much left, but i bought 3 blackberry bushes, 3 butterfly bushes and a ton of T&M seeds for .50 a pack.

FUN - I felt like a breathless groupie. Needless to say that the surrounding neighborhood was full of beautiful gardens!
