Has anyone ever hung their seed containers from wires?

I start seeds in the Spring using ziplock baggies and origami folded pots made from newspaper. I place 3 pots in each baggie. Do you think I could do this for winter sowing and hang the bags on my grape vine wires? Maybe with some duct tape. I would use the freezer bags which are sturdier. With slits made top and bottom for vents . Just a thought. Any feedback would be appreciated.
