Hi Gladys! If the seeds are black/dark brown,you can harvest them,I noticed they are pretty much the same as a regular MG. Once they are ready the pod doesn't have to open itself,by then you could lose them. I just do a little test and break one open,if the seeds are ripe,I go for the rest of them that look like the one that was ready (make any sense?...lol)
