A frying pan, some butter and a bit of garlic - cooked over a medium flame -> problem solved!

(So far the cockies and galahs have been distracted by my huge apple trees and plum tree - between my dogs and the birds and possums, I have never eaten one piece of fruit from my trees!)

ozvon,

I passed a couple of Cockatoos having a feed on the passionfruit vine down the road just this afternoon, I have a few broms that I think the Possums are chewing at the moment.

I still think it is better to lose the odd Brom and live with all the wildlife.

I don't think I'll cook the galah, apparantly the trick with cooking galah is to use a large round rock as well, after one hour you throw out the galah and eat the rock. Only joking.

Rick

Hi Rick,

Sorry if Galah was offended. I'm with you - there is enough room in my yard for all the animals (i really hope none of them touch my broms tho' - so far, so good!)ATM, i'm getting panicked about my dogs taking up the idea of rolling/eating 'stinky'broms (see earlier post)- it is getting too cold to flush out the cups.
